Overnight Parking Certain Vehicles Prohibited
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a truck (including without limitation vans and pickup trucks), truck tractor, trailer, semi-trailer, commuter van, school buses including Type I and Type II buses, omnibus vehicles (including taxis), motorized mobile homes (a vehicle equipped with sleeping, kitchen, or bathroom facilities), used for commercial purposes, as defined by N.J. Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations 39:1-1, to park such vehicles on any street in the Town of Kearny between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing time.
