Tuesday, August 2, 2022.  National Night Out is a Crime, Drug, and Violence Prevention Program, part of a nationwide event to promote neighborhood unity, awareness, safety, and police-community partnerships.  The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. and will feature the Kearny Police and Fire Departments and the Hudson County K-9 Unit. Belgrove Drive between Afton Street and Bergen Avenue will be closed to motor vehicle traffic from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, for National Night Out.
