Kearny proudly kicked off its America 250 celebration on Monday, June 29, with the unveiling of the Town’s commemorative America’s 250th Anniversary banners at Town Hall.

The ceremony featured a special musical performance by Jonathan Olegario and marked the beginning of Kearny’s commemoration of the 250th anniversary of America’s independence.

The banners will remain displayed throughout 2026 as a tribute to this historic milestone. Stay tuned for more America 250 events and activities planned throughout the year.
