Mayor Carol Jean Doyle, along with Town Council members, department heads from the Kearny municipal departments, and representatives from both the Kearny Municipal Alliance Against Alcohol and Substance Abuse and the Kearny Prevention Coalition, participated in Black Balloon Day. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about the critical need for support for individuals battling substance use disorder and their loved ones, as well as commemorating the lives tragically lost to Substance Use Disorder.
