Water Meter Reading, Billing, Collection and Customer Service
The Town of Kearny has contracted with Veolia Company to handle the meter reading, billing, collection and customer service concerns for the town of Kearny. Please call Veolia at 1(800) 242-5695 with any reading and billing related issues.

Water Rate Increase
A Water rate increase is effective as of July 15, 2019 and will reflect the following:
- Consumption units are in 100 cubic feet, 100 cubic feet = 748 gallons
- For a ⅝ inch or a ¾ inch size water meter, there will be a minimum charge of $20.00
- A water rate of $2.55 per 100 cubic feet shall apply for water use up to 180 units, but not to exceed 180 units
- A water rate of $3.45 per 100 cubic feet shall apply for water use from 180 to 750 units but not to exceed 750 units
- A water rate of $4.00 per 100 cubic feet shall apply for water consumed in excess of 750 units but not to exceed 1250 units
- A water rate of $4.00 per 100 cubic feet shall apply for water consumed in excess of 750 units but not to exceed 1250 units
- A water rate of $4.750 per 100 cubic feet shall apply for water consumed in excess of 1250 units
